Under the terms of this contract, the under signed parties agree to the following terms and conditions in regard to the sale/purchase of the Boxer puppy described below;

All Puppies are sold as pet quality only, there are no guarantees expressed or implied as to adult size of puppy, show potential, temperament or breeding soundness.

The BREEDER agrees to as follows:

ALL puppies are guaranteed healthy when they leave us, a licensed veterinarian has inspected the said puppy and it is found to be healthy and sound and that it is not showing signs of infectious, contagious and/or communicable diseases. However your veterinarian must see this puppy within 3 business days of pick up in order to validate this contract. IN the event that a HEREDITARY defect (life threatening) is found which develops to the extent that the puppy must be euthanized before the age of two, a replacement puppy will be offered to the buyer as soon as one becomes available of equal value. No money shall be refunded.

Should the PURCHASER decide on surgical options the BREEDER will not be financially?

Obligated. If the PURCHASER decides to euthanize the puppy or in the case of sudden death an autopsy must be performed (at the purchasers expense) by a licensed veterinarian of the sellers choice to determine the cause of death and a copy of the autopsy must be provided to the BREEDER/SELLER.

The Breeder does not cover internal or external parasites, hernia, undescended testicles, under or over bite, dental problems ,injury, allergies, heat exhaustion, dehydration, Patellar luxation ( when the knee cap slips out of place, this is usually caused by the puppy jumping on and off furniture) hypothermia, poisoning, tracheal collapse. Grade 1 or 2 heart murmurs are also not included in this guarantee, however if the said dog would fail pre-breeding cardiac testing (echocardiogram and Holter) the dog will be replaced. The guarantee is voided if the said dog is female and have been bred.

This Guarantee is not assignable and is not valid if the puppy/dog is sold to a third party. The PURCHASER will follow the vaccination schedule to keep this contract valid. The PURCHASER will give this puppy a good and loving home and a responsible upbringing. The PURCHASER will keep the BREEDER informed of any problems, and any changes in location. AND any claims may be required to be confirmed by the BREEDERS veterinarian, and at the PURCHASERS expense.

IT IS MUTUALLY AND SPECIFICALLY AGREED UPON AND BETWEEN THE BREEDER AND THE PURCHASER THAT IF THE PURCHASER BREACHES ANY TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT, THE BREEDER WILL MAINTAIN THE RIGHT, AT THEIR DESCRETION, TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND DEMAND THE RETURN OF THE DOG AND ALL PAPERWORK, REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND DAMAGES.

If any legal actions are brought against Obeng Boxers Unlimited the litigation must be in the jurisdiction of Franklin County in the state of Ohio. The purchaser will assume any and all Attorney fees and Court fees and will waive charging any cost against Obeng Boxers Unlimited.

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AN THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS SET FORTH THERE IN AND THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THEM.

Sales & Return Policy

Pups are marked as they are spoken for with a "Hold", "sold" or "reserve". Pups marked "Hold" are awaiting the $200 deposit (3day maximum for "holds"). Once the deposit is received, they are marked "sold"

Final payment is due at the time of pickup (minus the $200 deposit). All pups are sold with full registration.

All deposits are non-refundable (except in the case of injury, illness or death of the chosen pup prior to pick-up/delivery). However, they are transferable to another available pup or to a later litter owned by the same breeder, (If choosing from a different litter there is a one year limitation), should you change your mind before 5 weeks old.

Reserved pups are to be picked up or arranged drop off by 9 weeks old. If the pup is not picked up by 9 weeks old, there is a $ 5.00 daily boarding fee for up to 20 days (past the 20 days the deposit and pup are forfeited, unless buyer & breeder make arrangements for additional boarding). The buyer is responsible for any medical treatment during boarding time.

I reserve the right to decline the sale of a pup after a deposit is received for any reason deemed in our or the puppy's best interest (deposit will be returned in that case).

Any puppy/dog I place in a new home will ALWAYS have a home here, if for some reason they cannot be cared for by their new family.

Obeng Boxers Unlimited is to be given the first option to buy back any puppies that we have raised. Should we not exercise that option, we will provide assistance in placing the dog if necessary.

Please think of adding your new puppy to the family as a PERMANENT LIFE-LONG COMMITMENT. If you are unsure of your future for the next 10-15 years, please carefully consider purchasing a puppy at this time.

I hope that all my families are FOREVER HOMES. However; I know that sometimes life situations change unexpectedly. I am committed to find or provide a secure home for any puppies that I have raised, FOR LIFE.

My puppies/dogs are NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES to be given to a shelter, rescue, or animal control.

We have a 'no questions asked' return policy. The family can return the dog/puppy to us at any time. If this option is to be used, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

I do not want, for any reason, any puppy of mine to ever face being "given up" to a shelter, rescue or worse. I expect anyone purchasing a puppy to always know that I will have a place for them, or I will find a forever home for them. The puppy is always to be kept into consideration when doing anything. Remember, they love you no matter what; the least you can do is return their love. Dogs are called Dog for a reason, since DOG spelled backwards is GOD!!!
